Main purpose of the position
The IT Application Manager is responsible for the operational management of the global HSE SaaS platform, ensuring it runs reliably, securely, and in compliance with local and global standards. The role oversees integrations with internal systems, manages user access and configuration, and supports the platform’s alignment with the central governance framework. It includes ensuring data quality, managing change control, and coordinating support across a tiered global model.

What will you do
- Manage user access, configuration, license usage and release cycles for the HSE SaaS platform.
- Ensure platform compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
- Oversee change control processes and coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors.
- Standardise incident management, service requests and reporting workflows.
- Monitor platform performance, track SLA adherence and use appropriate tools.
- Support data integration, quality monitoring and stewardship activities.

5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms in a global enterprise setting.Experience with identity and access management, audit logging and data integration.Proven ability to manage change control, configuration and release cycles.Strong coordination and communication across diverse teams and regions.Structured and detail‑oriented approach to operational delivery.Proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement mindset.Ability to manage complexity and maintain clarity under pressure.Nice to have
