Opis pracydaily contact with intenal and external clients processing transactions and queries in SAP taking care and monitoring the delivery time of customers' orders cooperation with other departments in order-to-cash process-related issues ensuring high quality of customer service knowledge of languages : German and English, both on B2 level strong customer orientation and communication skills good MS Office skills SAP knowledge is an advantage, but is not necessary previous customer-related experience will be a plus good problem-solving skills
