We’re looking for a hungry and ambitious B2B Sales Team Lead to join our Bolt Business team in Poland, Warsaw. You’ll be the player-coach leading the team, driving sales in the market, and closing opportunities in the Enterprise / Tier 1 segment.

About The Role
We’re looking for a driven individual, a real hunter with proven experience in B2B selling who can turbocharge and drive the success of the Bolt Business team for the market. We need a superstar with a history of great results, who is excellent at hands-on team management and knows how to deliver rapid growth. We’re moving quickly and this is an exciting role, with great scope for growth and impact. If you’ve worked in high-growth B2B sales and you want to win big — let’s talk.
Your daily adventures will include :
- Leading a team of Sales Executives, helping them achieve their individual goals
- Negotiating and closing bigger deals, guiding Tier 0 and Tier 1 deals in your market
- Managing your own sales pipeline, building a pipeline of the biggest companies and opportunities
- Working closely with the Senior Country Sales Manager to provide market feedback to the product team regarding Bolt Business solutions and how we should develop them
- Monitoring our competition and staying attuned to industry shifts
- Identifying opportunities and blockers, and taking action to remove obstacles
