Compensation & Benefits Specialist with German

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• Support the annual compensation and benefits review cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and support initiatives related to pay equity and compliance with pay transparency directives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of job family architecture projects.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and management to analyze and improve employee benefits programs.
• Provide analytical support for compensation-related data and reporting.
• Participate in the design and communication of compensation and benefits policies
