Infrastructure Business Analyst

The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to understand and decipher the business requirements on assigned projects (sometimes multiple assignments) across a range of Infrastructure Portfolios to a level of detail that they can be developed or deployed against.

What you’ll do :

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document API integration requirements, define scope and align on process flows
• Document technical processes, test cases, and ensure consistency across various areas
• Support gap analysis, data mapping and Target Operating Model (TOM) design
• Write epics and user stories (BDD-style), collaborate with dev / architecture teams on solution refinement
• Assist in migration planning, UAT support and operational design
• Stay hands-on with delivery teams to track progress and provide clarity where needed

Recruitment process : otwo on-line meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter

Hybrid work : 6 days per month from the office in Cracow

Kogo poszukujemy?

Project Experience :

Experience in Infrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is essential

Experience in application hosting, database environments and storage amp; data protection architectures

Familiarity with distributed computing environments and directory services

Experience in development and maintenance of IP address management and network tooling strategies

Experience in implementation of secure network and firewall configurations

IT Service Management certification is beneficial

End2end project lifecycle experience is beneficial

Skills :

Sharp analytical thinking amp; critical mindset

Strong stakeholder amp; communication skills – able to simplify complex topics

Confident in challenging business decisions with solid reasoning

Proactive, quick to adapt and able to work independently

Great time management amp; prioritization – shielding dev teams from noise

Solid problem-solving abilities, always ready with solutions
