We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join a full‑stack AI native feature team focused on developing an advanced quantitative investment platform.

You will play a crucial role in bridging business goals with technical execution to enhance investment process automation and AI‑driven analytics. This position offers the opportunity to influence innovative solutions in the financial services domain. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements aligned with investment automation and AI analytics
  • Analyze investment workflows to identify enhancement opportunities within platform modules such as Library, Workshop, and Portfolio Construction
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical groups to ensure shared understanding and expectation management
  • Support user acceptance testing by validating platform functionalities against business requirements
  • Recommend ongoing improvements to keep the platform adaptive to changing market conditions and business demands
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment throughout project phases
  • Balance delivery speed with accuracy to meet project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of investment processes and financial services including portfolio management and quantitative trading
  • Proven experience in analyzing complex business processes and defining actionable requirements
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven models, analytics, and data management technologies, with added advantage for experience in Snowflake and AI / ML integration
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross‑team collaboration
  • Experience coordinating with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align project goals
  • Capability to identify business challenges and propose innovative platform solutions
  • Background in driving process enhancements to accommodate evolving business and market needs
  • Proficiency in balancing speed and accuracy in project delivery
  • English language proficiency at professional working level
