Job Responsibilities :

• Handle Airbnb customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with booking stays and resolving issues related to their reservations.
• Respond to customer complaints, ensuring solutions are provided efficiently and courteously.

Contract Type :

For candidates under 26 years old : Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenia).

For all other candidates : Employment contract (umowa o pracę).

Working Hours :

7 : 00 AM – 9 : 00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

Anticipated work during 2 weekends per month.

Language Requirements :

English : B2 level acceptable

German : C1 level preferred.

Compensation & Bonuses :

Salary : 49 PLN per hour

Bonuses :

Retention bonus : Up to 1500 PLN every 6 months

After 1 year of employment : 150 USD for Airbnb products

Up to 5% performance bonus per month
