Architecture Expertise:

• Proven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex, multi-product enterprise environments.
• Mastery of reference architectures, data modeling, integration pathways, and NFR management.
• Strong capability in leading architecture reviews, technology piloting, and technical debt reduction.

Delivery & Service Management:

• ITIL v4 minimum certifications or equivalent hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Demonstrated leadership in operational service delivery, incident/problem/change management, and SLA tracking.
• Proven experience managing multi-million Managed Service Provider (MSP) contracts, vendor deliverables, and vendor performance metrics.

Domain & Compliance:

• Background in GxP environments, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulated pharma/life sciences industry, quality and clinical experience (highly beneficial).
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise ERP implementations (SAP BTP, S/4HANA, or core ERP platforms, nice to have SAP Batch Release Hub).

Soft Skills & Leadership:

• Exceptional negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor junior architects, service managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
