Your responsibilities

Develop and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, SQL and Azure Data Factory.
Work with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and other enterprise systems.
Design and improve data models supporting reporting and analytics.
Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and reports.
Analyse existing data flows, identify dependencies and improve reliability and performance.
Help establish strong documentation, data ownership and knowledge-sharing practices.
Troubleshoot data and pipeline issues and take ownership of solutions.
Contribute to data platform migration and transformation projects.
Work closely with engineers, business stakeholders and IT leadership.

Hybrid work from Kraków (2-3 days per week from the office)Contract of employment or B2B contract - as preferred

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI or Data Warehousing.
Strong hands-on SQL skills.
Practical experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, ideally Azure Data Factory.
Experience working with ERP data, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Good understanding of data modelling and data warehouse architecture.
Experience with Power BI.
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of ownership.
Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment where not everything is already defined or documented.
Fluent English.

Nice to have

D365 F&O data entities, DMF, BYOD or Synapse Link.
Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake or Synapse.
Dataverse / D365 Customer Engagement.
BaaN or other legacy ERP experience.
Data platform migrations and data governance.
Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead.
Competitive monthly salary ranging from 30 000 PLN to 35 000 PLN (gross on contract of employment or net on B2B contract)
