Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven background as a Cloud Network Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer supporting multi-cloud enterprise environments (AWS & GCP)
Deep understanding of cloud networking architecture, including VPCs/VNets, subnets, route tables, NAT, peering, gateways, DNS, and load balancing
Hands-on capability in hybrid connectivity technologies, including VPN, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Cloud Interconnect, SD-WAN, and MPLS
Solid foundation in networking, routing, and switching fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, firewall rules, segmentation, and high-availability design)
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting) for provisioning and CI/CD workflows
Strong expertise in cloud network security controls, including firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, micro-segmentation, Zero Trust architecture, and encryption standards
Proven track record in complex troubleshooting across cloud and on-premises environments (connectivity, latency, DNS, routing, and security policies)

Recruiter Guideline:
Target Senior Cloud Network Engineers with practical experience managing enterprise-grade hybrid connectivity across AWS and GCP. Screen heavily for hands-on automation capability using Terraform or Python alongside strong BGP routing and hybrid cloud connectivity expertise (Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, or Interconnect). Validate their real-world experience in multi-layer troubleshooting (DNS, routing, firewalls, and latency issues) and their ability to drive network security standards (Zero Trust, WAF, and segmentation).
