• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
• Solid project management capabilities and confidence in managing complex business challenges.
• Deep understanding of procurement operations, sourcing processes, and supply chain principles.
• Analytical mindset paired with a results-oriented and commercially focused approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Fluent English
