SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (m/k)

Location: Opolska Kraków

Purpose of the position:

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities across Poland Germany and selected European markets by independently leading sourcing activities recruitment processes stakeholder management reporting and recruitment system administration. The role ensures a high-quality candidate experience provides recruitment expertise and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and contributes to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Your role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from requisition intake to successful hiring across various job families in Poland and Germany
• Lead active sourcing and direct candidate outreach through social media channels for Germany and selected European markets.
• Manage recruitment administration activities throughout the recruitment process ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Publish job advertisements and perform application screening and pre-selection of candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to support recruitment planning and decision-making.
• Support recruitment system administration including templates user access rights and user support.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of recruitment data and records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Compliance with the work regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Carrying out other instructions of the supervisor in accordance with the law and within the agreed type of work.

What we require:

• Master orBachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology ora relatedfield.
• Minimum5years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Recruitment administration.
• Job posting management.
• Application screening and pre-selection.
• Recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Recruitment systems administration (templates access rights support).
• Understanding of labor market trends and recruiting best practices

• Fluent English and German language skills
