Global Data Privacy Lead

On behalf of our client a major global enterprise weare hiring a Global Data Privacy Lead to take full operational ownership of the end-to-end Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) lifecycle for workforce data worldwide (employees candidates and external contractors).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the intake identity verification scoping data collection redaction and final response delivery for all global workforce privacy requests under strict statutory deadlines.

• Administer enterprise privacy platforms (e.g. OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation) managing dedicated webforms request workflows and subject-type routing.

• Convene cross-functional reviews to determine disclosable scope execute precise redactions and securely deliver final response packages.

• Manage full-cycle data erasure requests raising and validating technical deletion tickets across global system assets.

• Partner directly with Senior Privacy Counsel Employee Relations Forensic e-Discovery IT System Owners and local legal teams.

• Act as the primary point of advice for global HR teams on data subject rights while maintaining standardized response templates.

What We Are Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy legislation specifically regarding workforce and applicant data rights.

• Practical experience administering OneTrust Privacy Rights Automation or an equivalent enterprise privacy platform.

• Sharp decision-making skills to evaluate disclosable data while protecting confidential business and third-party information.

• Proven ability to manage strict statutory timeframes with high precision and discretion.

• Confidence interfacing with cross-functional legal HR IT and security stakeholders.
