They are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team in Wrocław on a contract basis. Youll lead critical optimization projects across Salesforce and digital communication systems driving simplification and efficiency improvements.

Position Overview

As IT Project Manager youll own the delivery of three core optimization initiatives. Youll lead Salesforce org simplification streamline third-party system integrations and manage digital communication platform improvements. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining focus on quality timelines and budget. Your work will directly reduce operational costs improve system stability and enhance collaboration across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce org simplification by identifying redundant organizations sandboxes and duplicate modules
• Execute org migration decommissioning and standardization to reduce platform costs
• Audit and optimize third-party integration systems connected to Salesforce
• Develop system elimination replacement and unified integration solutions
• Manage digital communication system projects from requirement analysis through delivery
• Track project progress and identify potential risks across all initiatives
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure on-time delivery
• Standardize business processes data standards and permission frameworks
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and quality
• Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and meet quality standards

Requirements

• 6-8 years of project management experience
• Proven track record managing IT projects from initiation through acceptance
• Experience with Salesforce platform optimization or similar enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of system integration and architecture principles
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Excellent risk identification and issue resolution skills
• Experience managing projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to analyze complex systems and develop simplification strategies
