A genuine passion for payroll and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition, you have:

  • Previous experience in Austrian payroll administration and can demonstrate expertise combined with a structured way of working.

  • A completed payroll qualification/certification and solid MS Office skills.

  • A strong service-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, flexibility, and team spirit.

  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.

From many locations, we work as one team, striving together to move from good to great.

What do we have to offer?

  • Stable employment conditions: permanent employment contract (after a 3-month probation period)

  • Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities

  • Private medical care (LuxMed)

  • Cafeteria system / Sports card

  • Lunch card (Edenred)

  • Financial allowance for remote work

  • Loans for employees

  • Workation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only)

  • Life insurance

  • Holiday allowance

  • Free language courses (during your working hours)

  • Annual bonus

  • Integration events

  • Free parking spaces for employees

  • Referral program

  • PPK (Employee Capital Plans): 3.5% employer contribution

  • Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training

  • Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or expand your knowledge horizontally, there’s always room to grow within SD Worx!

Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.

Why Join SD Worx?

  • Flexible working: Flexible working hours and remote/hybrid working options – working arrangements are open for discussion

  • Learning & development: Access to professional training and an individual development plan

  • Career growth: Whether you want to deepen your expertise or broaden your career, there is room to grow within SD Worx

  • Collaborative culture: From many locations, we work as one – moving from better to best together
