• 7+ years of experience within Testing, QA or Data Management
• Proven experience establishing enterprise Test Data Management capabilities

• Strong experience in: Test Data Management processes, data masking and anonymization, GDPR and regulatory compliance, end-to-end testing, test automation & AI utilization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/DevOps delivery models
• Experience and understanding of mainframe systems
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications, integrated platforms and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience conducting TDM assessments, strategies and operating model design
• Experience with test data masking, subsetting, synthetic data creation, cloning and provisioning approaches
