Senior Business Analyst (Business Continuity & Technical Recovery)

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines, including 1-2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning
• Proven hands-on expertise designing and executing desktop simulations, tabletop exercises, walkthroughs, and full-scale simulations
• Deep understanding of recovery time objectives (RTO), recovery point objectives (RPO), failover procedures, system interdependencies, and technology recovery sequencing
• Demonstrated experience within the Financial Services Industry, including banking, insurance, or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive productive discussions
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain focus on exercise objectives and outcomes
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

,[Design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with Technical Recovery Playbook objectives and regulatory expectations, Develop realistic, technically grounded scenarios to test recovery procedures, failover processes, and technology interdependencies, Facilitate testing workshops with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and support functions, Validate recovery assumptions, test technical procedures, and identify operational gaps through desktop exercises, Coordinate exercise logistics, participant engagement, scheduling, documentation, and real-time session facilitation, Develop exercise playbooks, participant guides, and facilitator notes for repeatable execution, Track action items resulting from testing exercises and coordinate follow-up activities, Provide testing updates and reporting to senior leadership and programme governance, Document findings, observations, gaps, and recommendations for Technical Recovery Playbook improvements, Collaborate with Business Continuity and Crisis Management teams to align recovery plans, crisis response protocols, and continuity strategies] Requirements: Business analysis, Business continuity management, Recovery time objectives, RTO, Recovery point objectives, RPO, Financial Services, BCCM Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
