For our Client from banking industry we are looking for 🔹Senior Test Data Specialist🔹

Location: Warsaw, Gdańsk or Gdynia, 3 days a week from the office

We need Test Data Specialists/Engineers to execute the test data strategy, build automated solutions, support teams daily, and ensure test data is available on demand. The role will work closely with testers, developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to remove one of the largest bottlenecks in testing: obtaining and maintaining trustworthy test data.

Must-Have Knowledge & Experience:

• 8+ years in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and set ups

Experience with:

• Relational databases
• Data extraction and transformation
• Test data generation
• Data masking
• Data cloning
• Data subsetting
• Hands-on implementation of TDM solutions.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience supporting automated testing, integration testing and E2E testing
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

Nice-to-Have Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, Informatica TDM
• Financial services domain knowledge.
• Synthetic data generation tools.
• API testing experience.
• Kubernetes and cloud platform knowledge.
• AI-assisted test data creation.
• Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing.
