General Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead Park Inn by Radisson Poznań and play a key role in shaping the hotel’s commercial success, operational excellence, guest experience and team culture. We are looking for a leader who combines business acumen with emotional intelligence, develops people as passionately as they drive results and creates an environment where guests, teams and owners succeed together.

As a General Manager, you are responsible for leading and supporting your team on a daily basis while ensuring the successful operation of the hotel. You will act as an ambassador of the RHG brand, delivering memorable moments to our guests and team members.

You will:

• Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations.
• Lead and engage a diverse hotel team, fostering collaboration and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence, commercial success and outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Create a culture of engagement, accountability and continuous development across all departments.
• Ensure the hotel operates in line with brand standards while consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Be responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and key stakeholders, acting as a strategic business partner to drive long-term value and sustainable business success.

Qualifications

As a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the master plan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

• You have experience in hotel management role with responsibility for commercial and operational performance.
• You have proven experience leading and developing Heads of Department, creating a culture of accountability, performance and engagement.
• You combine strategic thinking, commercial awareness, financial acumen and strong problem-solving skills to drive profitability and long-term value.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• You build credibility and trust with owners, investors and senior stakeholders.
• Reporting to the Managing Director.

• Strong verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
• Languages: English and Polish
• Experience in an urban hotel environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
