Location : Gdynia/Gdansk/Warsaw – 2-3 days at the office (hybrid)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join a delivery team for our Nordic banking client, working within an international, Agile/Scrum environment.
You will be responsible for planning, designing and executing tests across complex software systems, ensuring high-quality, well-documented QA activities aligned with the latest quality standards, while working closely with automation testers to secure optimal test coverage.
Required Skills and Experience
- ISTQB certified
- 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Agile teams
- Ability to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team, working as an individual contributor
- Experienced in defining, executing and reporting tests for complex software systems
- Experience in Web and Mobile testing, including testing on cloud-based mobile testing platforms (e.g. BrowserStack)
- Experience in system testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile)
- API testing experience using Postman and Swagger
- Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
- Practical experience with Jira/Confluence
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, willing to understand new tools and processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in an international environment
- Ability to work in a hybrid model – 2-3 days per week in the office
Nice to Have
- Automation testing experience
- Working knowledge of the PEGA platform
- Working knowledge of AI tools
- Experience working with the SAFe methodology
