Are you an experienced Data Engineering Delivery Leader with strong background in ETL solutions, data integration, and banking data environments? Our client is looking for an ETL Engineering (Delivery) Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of transformative data solutions across multiple business use cases.

This role combines technical leadership, agile delivery management, and hands-on expertise in ETL design principles, data governance, and process automation, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant solutions.

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years in Data Engineering roles with proven Lead responsibilities.
• Strong experience with Banking/Financial Services Data environments.
• Demonstrated success as Software Delivery Lead in complex data-driven transformations.
• Practical experience in translating high-level business needs into target ETL technical designs, mappings, and process documentation.
• Expertise in ETL tools: IBM Datastage, Informatica, Talend.
• Knowledge in GCP, Oracle, Python, Spark, Shell scripting.
• Proven ability to manage data integration and migration projects involving data warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk-control mindset.

Additional Nice-to-Haves

• Experience establishing ETL templates and design standards.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration for ETL deployments.
