Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Test Data Management, Test Automation or related areas
- Strong hands-on experience with Test Data Management solutions and automated test data provisioning
- Very good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and database concepts
- Knowledge of mainframe environments and system setups
- Experience with data extraction and transformation, test data generation, masking, cloning and subsetting
- Experience supporting automated, integration and end-to-end testing
- Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java or a similar language
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
- Experience with test automation and synthetic data generation tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- English at B2 level or higher
Nice to have:
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix or Informatica TDM
- Experience with API testing
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted test data generation
- Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing
- Previous experience in the financial services or banking sector
