Your role

Join our Corporate Social Responsibility team and help create positive impact for people, planet, and society. In this role, you will support communication and employee engagement initiatives, contribute to volunteering and educational programs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners. You will gain hands-on experience in CSR, communications, and project coordination while helping bring meaningful projects and campaigns to life.

Your profile

• Genuine interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and people-focused initiatives.
• Very good command of English (C1) and Polish (C2 or native), combined with strong attention to detail.
• Studies or educational background in English Philology, Polish Philology, Linguistics, or experience in a related field.
• Collaborative mindset, sense of ownership, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to support a variety of projects and activities.

Nice to Have:

• Interest / experience in environmental topics
• Experience in creating communication materials or organizing events.
• Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva).
