Responsibilities:

• Delivering the highest quality service within domestic road freight operations.
• Handling email and telephone communication with Customers and Branch Offices.
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information.
• Working with assigned process KPIs and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to independently seek solutions and identify new opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emerging challenges.
