Case Manager for Security Remediation @ Ework Group

As a Case Manager for Security Remediation, you will lead and coordinate the investigation, assessment, and remediation of significant security findings identified through Offensive Security Testing and Operational Security activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring that security deficiencies and associated risks are properly assessed, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner, in line with the organization's risk appetite and security standards. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will work closely with technical teams, security stakeholders, and business representatives to drive remediation efforts from identification to closure.

This role is similar to that of a Project Manager, requiring strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will manage multiple remediation cases simultaneously, overseeing progress, removing roadblocks, and ensuring agreed actions are delivered effectively.

Each case will be supported by a dedicated team member, while you retain overall ownership and accountability for successful case execution and resolution.

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Experience in IT Risk Management.
• Understanding of cybersecurity-related frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to navigate from unclarity to clarity.
• Advanced communication skills; ability to discuss and articulate complex matters with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good presentation skills; ability to craft and deliver presentations, to influence stakeholders.
• A learning mindset; positive attitude and interest to learn about new and unfamiliar topics.
• Ownership skills; capability of taking charge and driving own responsibilities.
• Good level of spoken and written English.

Nice to have skills:

• Security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST will be desirable
