As a venture builder, it creates, scales and invests in startups in such areas as: Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain, among others. The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

We're looking for a Mid/Senior Golang Developer to join one of our technical teams around Fintech and crypto products.
This is a B2B opportunity. We provide a range between 18 000 - 24 000 PLN on the monthly invoice.

This is a flexible hybrid position from the Warsaw office.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing and developing applications

• Taking care of the technical quality of the application and system architecture

• Optimizing the application for performance

• Writing unit/integration tests

• Being a mentor and participating in code reviews

We're Looking for Someone With 👀:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with backend development (any language)

• At least 2 years of commercial experience with Go

• An AI-first mindset — you not only use AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in your daily work, but also create flows and automate your tasks with them

• Experience in the banking industry or Fintech products

• Understanding business needs

• Experience with relational databases (Postgresql is preferred)

• Knowledge of HTTP and REST

Nice to Have👌

• Familiarity with blockchain related topics

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into products

• Experience with Docker and k8s

• Some cloud experience

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment
