II. Processing purposes and legal basis of processing

We will process your personal data:

  1. in order to carry out the recruitment process, on the basis of the right arising from Article 221 of the labour code, within the scope of: first name and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and course of previous and current employer(s). The basis of the processing of the above-mentioned personal data is the legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
  2. in order to carry out the recruitment process, on the basis of your consent to the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data other than the ones indicated in the point above, provided in CV, form, covering letter and other documents. The basis of the processing is the above consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  3. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller concerning the data acquired from you during the recruitment process in conjunction with verification of your skills and abilities needed for the work at the position specified in the job offer. The basis for the processing of such data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  4. in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller in case of a legal need to prove facts, prove the fulfilment of the obligations (basis from Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  5. in order to carry out future recruitment processes, on the basis of your consent to the processing of the personal data indicated in the CV, form, covering letter and other documents. The basis of the processing is this consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The provision of the personal data is a statutory requirement, necessary for the purpose of participation in the recruitment process. If the data are not provided, the achievement of the above-mentioned objective will be impossible.

III. Personal Data Retention Period

Your personal data gathered in the current recruitment process shall be stored until the end of the recruitment process and/or for the prescription period of claims arising from legal provisions, as well as for the term in which the provisions obligate us to store the data.

In the case of giving additional consent to the use of the personal data for the purpose of future recruitments, they shall be stored for the period of 24 months but not longer than by the time of withdrawal of the consent.

IV. Data Recipients

Your personal data shall be provided to entities rendering for us recruitment services and services related to the maintenance of online platforms on which the recruitment process takes place, as well as rendering accounting and legal services. The data may be provided to Companies from Dellner Group.

Your personal data shall not be provided outside the EEA.

V. Rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the following rights connected with personal data processing:

  1. right to withdraw the consent to the data processing, see below;
  2. right of access to your personal data;
  3. right to demand rectification of your personal data which are incorrect and
  4. to supplement incomplete personal data;
  5. right to demand erasure of your personal data, in particular if you withdraw the consent to the processing when there is no other legal basis of the processing;
  6. right to demand restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  7. right to object to the processing of your data, due to your special situation, when we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest,
  8. data portability right, i.e. right to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format. You can transmit the data to another data controller or demand that the data be transmitted by us to another controller. However, we will do so only if such transmission is technically possible. You have the right to transfer only such personal data which we process in an automated way, i.e. in electronic form, on the basis of the agreement with your or on the basis of your consent;
  9. right not to be subject only to automated decision-making, including profiling;
  10. right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with protection of personal data, i.e. President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

VI. Right to withdraw the consent

Within the scope in which your data are processed on the basis of the consent - you have the right to withdraw the consent to the data processing at all times. The withdrawal of the consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal. You can withdraw the consent by sending a statement on withdrawal of the consent to our correspondence address or e-mail address.
