HR Support Specialist

In this role you will not be an external consultant you will become an integral part of the clients organization working directly within their structures to provide top-tier HR support to employees across the EMEA region. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily HR inquiries from EMEA employees via a ticketing system.

• Prepare and update HR documentation employment letters and certificates.

• Support the administration and tracking of leaves of absence.

• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare basic HR reports.

• Collaborate closely with Payroll and regional HR teams.

• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Educational background or previous experience in HR administration.

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

• Ease in learning and navigating new HR systems and tools.

• High level of independence ownership and a proactive can-do attitude.

• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
