Logistics Specialist – Baltic and Nordic markets

Were growing our logistics team and looking for someone to handle shipments for the Baltic and Nordic markets. What youll be doing:

• Handling logistics for the Baltic and Nordic markets - accounting for their specifics regulations and customs rules.

• Processing and verifying documents - goods-issue notes (WZ) delivery notifications (ASNs) etc.

• Working with the warehouse and courier companies.

• Coordinating shipments and follow-up deliveries.

• Liaising with the Client Service and Production teams.

• Creating reports and summaries and supporting the logistics team in day-to-day work.

• Handling complaints and delivery shortages.

• Verifying the delivery plan and keeping in ongoing contact with the client and suppliers regarding changes delays and discrepancies.

• Managing the weekly replenishment process forecasting planning master data and monitoring supplier stock levels against agreed min/max thresholds.

Who were looking for:

• Experience in logistics for the Baltic / Nordic markets you know their specifics regulations and customs rules.

• A university degree (logistics is a plus).

• Very good command of Excel and MS Office.

• English at min. B2 level.

• You handle several fronts at once accurately and with an eye for detail.

• A willingness to learn and grow and an inner drive.

• A category B driving licence.
