Account Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients (SMB Enterprise)
• Own revenue targets through upsell, cross-sell, and retention
• Run the full sales cycle: needs discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored packaging solutions
• Coordinate custom projects with internal teams (Design, Operations, Product)
• Proactively develop and reactivate client relationships
• Negotiate commercial terms, including contracts and non-standard payment conditions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
• Track pipeline and performance in CRM and meet sales targets
• Represent Packhelp in all client interactions and contribute to improving sales processes

Kogo poszukujemy?

Key requirements:

• Fluent English is a must
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales: B2B Account Management (preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or manufacturing/custom products)
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets and driving account growth (upsell, cross-sell, retention)
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including negotiations and closing
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate projects with internal teams
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly

Nice to have:

• Fluency in Polish, French, Spanish or German
• Packaging experience
