Kontroler Finansowy - international manufacturing organization

We are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to join a growing finance team and support business operations through high-quality financial analysis, performance management, and decision support.

• Support business leaders with financial insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Prepare regular management reports, profitability analyses, and business performance reviews.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze business results, variances, trends, and operational performance drivers.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, and CAPEX projects.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, procurement, and other departments to support decision-making.
• Develop and improve reporting processes, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and presentations for local and international management teams.

Strong visibility within the finance and operations structure.Broad exposure to business partnering and strategic decision-making.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or a similar finance function.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail combined with strong business understanding.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis.
• Understanding of production costing and operational finance.
