What will you be doing?As a Sales Specialist, you’ll focus on acquiring new business customers and understanding their shipping needs through consultative sales conversations.Your day will include:• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers• Understanding their business, shipping profile, and requirements• Asking the right questions to identify opportunities• Recommending solutions that match customer needs• Building professional and long-term customer relationships• Setting qualified appointments/commitments with decision-makers• Working towards individual and team sales targets• Maintaining a high standard of customer experience while representing the client’s brandThis is a high-energy, target-driven sales role where your communication skills, confidence, persistence, and ability to create opportunities will make a real difference.

Requirements

What are we looking for?✔️ Czech or Slovak – C1 or higher✔️ English – B2 or higher for internal and operational communication✔️ At least 6 months of sales experience✔️ Previous B2B or cold-calling experience is a strong advantage✔️ Confident and professional communication style✔️ Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets✔️ Strong questioning and consultative selling skills✔️ Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results✔️ Able to work independently while following Team Leader guidance
