Our team consists of finance specialists that bring experience and technical capabilities across the spectrum of finance, including financial close, digital reporting, risk advisory, treasury and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with an AR/Intercompany experience to help Finance executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution
• Oversee the day-to-day management of BlackLine, Workiva, Coupa, and Kyriba technologies for our clients, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, processes, and client satisfaction, and work with clients to implement these improvements.
• Monitor, prioritize, and manage service tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolution within established SLAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the aforementioned technologies, providing expert advice and troubleshooting assistance.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of ticket status, system updates, and improvement recommendations.

What You’ll Bring:

• A combination of knowledge and previous experience in finance/accounting (AP/AR/R2R or similar), customer service, or IT service desk, along with an interest in new technologies
• 1-3 years of business experience
• Passion for problem solving and investigation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset, proactively managing client relationships, setting clear expectations, and building trust.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
