We need a smart, communicative professional who doesn't just click through tickets but understands network ecosystems and can clearly pinpoint and describe technical issues.

About the Environment:

At AdRem, software production follows Agile and Kanban. We process a few hundred cards per month. Here, you are a direct partner to the development team, not a nameless cog in a corporate machine.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Networking Fundamentals: Good practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network devices, and virtualization technologies.
• Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex technical problems using concise, easy-to-understand written text.
• Language: Minimum B2 English proficiency. Daily written communication and bug reporting in cards are strictly in English.
• Mindset: Critical thinking, good attention to detail, and the patience required to thoroughly diagnose issues.
  
  

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):

• Hands-on Background: Prior experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support Specialist.
• Educational Experience: Past experience as an IT educator, technical trainer, or IT product presenter.
