Power Platform Developer @ Jacobs

At Jacobs, our Digital & Data Hub in Kraków is continuing to grow as a key part of our global organization. We are building enterprise‑scale AI and data platforms that support advanced analytics and GenAI solutions across highly regulated and data sensitive domains such as Government, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Energy, and Health.

Hybrid work model: Candidates are required to work from our Kraków or Warsaw office at least two days per week. The emaining working days may be performed remotely from home.

We are currently seeking smart and ambitious individuals to join us as Senior Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will help us build apps, flows, and understand our data more effectively. Data is at the core of our operations and plays a uniquely crucial role in what we do. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be instrumental in supporting our digital transformation journey through leveraging your skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to drive data-driven decision making and process automation. • 5+ years of experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate and Power BI, including Power Query and DAX.
• Experience designing secure, scalable and high-performing solutions, including integrations with REST APIs and Azure services.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and managing requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Data Analyst (PL-300), Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100), Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200), or Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or C#.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.
• Background in business process improvement, technical workshops or leading small initiatives/projects.
