Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your broad engineering expertise in a dynamic and evolving field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and collaborative teammatesin newly formed Field Operations & Services department. Youll play a key role in service engineering activities across multiple projects ensuring the effective execution investigation troubleshooting and resolution of technical and quality-related issues. Day-to-day youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business including Project Management Quality Assurance and Customer Support support maintenance and service activities contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
You will also be involved in developing technical concepts and tailored engineering solutions to address customer needs providing technical expertise during solution design implementation and service lifecycle support.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Electronics Automation or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in service engineering maintenance technical support or a similar role
- Experience or understanding of Field Engineering and Service Operations
- Ability to investigate troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Experience in developing technical concepts and customer-oriented solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customers and projects.
