Finance Manager - Real Estate

• Coordinate financial reporting processes for investors, capital partners, and lending institutions
• Prepare periodic management reports and financial analysis for the investment portfolio
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and funding requirements
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and investigate significant variances
• Liaise with banks and financing institutions on reporting, financing, and refinancing activities
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements, debt covenants, and reporting obligations
• Support debt and equity funding processes across the project portfolio
• Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and service providers across different jurisdictions
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and month-end closing processes
• Support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and reporting tools

• Min. 7 years of experience in financial controlling & reporting
• Background in financial audit will be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of real estate industry (especially commercial development)
• Experience working with banks, investors and capital partners
• Good understanding of IFRS and practical financial accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Polish
• Proactive mindset, ability to create processes from scratch
