WHAT YOULL DO:

• Build and operate AWS-based HPC and enterprise application platforms
• Support containerized workloads using Docker Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform Ansible and GitOps
• Design secure cloud networking and connectivity solutions
• Manage monitoring incident response and platform reliability
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Administer IAM security compliance and platform lifecycle
• Optimize performance and cloud costs
• Become the SME for the Posit platform and R/Python environments

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure HPC or platform engineering
• Strong AWS expertise and experience building secure scalable cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Ansible and infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of HPC and distributed computing environments (e.g. Slurm AWS Batch ParallelCluster)
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes (EKS) Helm and container orchestration
• Strong Linux networking performance tuning and cloud optimization skills
• Proficiency in Python and Bash with strong troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Nice to have: Life Sciences or regulated industry experience GPU computing API development and tools such as GitLab CI/CD Nextflow Snakemake Airflow PBS or NoSQL databases

*In case of being hired in Poland in this position you will earn no less than PLN 21 800 PLN gross per month.
