As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Specialist to strengthen our internal finance function in Warsaw.

About the Role

As a Financial Specialist, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of VeritaHR and help ensure that our invoicing, payments, reporting, and financial records are accurate and well organised.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and can manage multiple financial and administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with management, external accountants, clients, and internal colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, invoicing, or a similar position
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial processes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Confidence working with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to organise priorities and meet deadlines independently
• A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in Polish and English
• Discretion when handling confidential financial and business information

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a recruitment, consulting, professional services, or international business environment
• Experience cooperating with external accountants or payroll providers
• Familiarity with Polish financial, invoicing, and tax documentation
• Experience using accounting, invoicing, banking, or ERP systems
• Experience preparing management reports or supporting budgeting and forecasting
