- An experienced HR leader with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience gained within manufacturing environments.
- A professional who has spent at least 4 years as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, or HR Director with full responsibility for a manufacturing site employing 250+ employees.
- A proven people leader with experience managing and developing HR teams.
- Strong experience gained within international manufacturing organizations.
- Exposure to businesses that have undergone significant growth, expansion, transformation, or scaling.
- A true HR Business Partner who understands how to translate business strategy into people solutions.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being close to the business while operating strategically.
