Key Responsibilities: Processing accounting and financial data with accuracy and efficiency Administering, verifying, and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures Preparing and reviewing payment proposals Handling Vendor Master Data changes and performing phone confirmations for sensitive data Communicating with suppliers and internal departments (accounting, technical) via phone and email Working with SAP and MDG systems in a professional business environment Reconciling vendor accounts, including monitoring and clearing GR/IR balances to ensure proper matching of goods receipts and invoices Requirements: Fluent Polish and English, additional European language will be a plus Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field Basic knowledge of SAP Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Our Offer: A stable, full-time position in a reputable international company Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team Professional development and training opportunities Attractive benefits package and modern working tools Hybrid or flexible work model depending on your location and preferences.
