  • Working closely with multiple business areas and key business leads across IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and the Business to implement changes.

  • Producing high-quality work in a professional, organized, and structured manner, always striving to find the best solutions for the organization.

  • Navigating a fast-paced project environment with changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience with Power BI to produce clear, actionable reports.

  • Background in financial crime (AML/CTF, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions).

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Capacity to work independently and as a strong team player.

  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.

  • Experience with data migration and data integration projects.

What We Offer

  • B2B Agreement: Transparent cooperation agreement signed directly with Optiveum.

  • Attractive Rate: Up to 130 PLN/h net + VAT.

  • Benefits: Private medical care, life insurance, and a Multisport card.

  • Great Culture: A collaborative, international environment with regular teambuilding events.

  • Ongoing Support: Current, dedicated support from the Optiveum team throughout our entire cooperation.
