As Marketing and Communication Specialist you coordinate content campaigns and events that drive visibility lead generation and commercial impact.
Your Tasks
Create marketing content for print digital and social media channels
Support product launches and technical marketing activities
Organise trade fairs customer events webinars and promotional campaigns
Work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE
Manage marketing materials presentations and communication assets
Coordinate external agencies designers and suppliers
Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Your Profile
Experience in B2B marketing communications or technical marketing
Strong content creation skills across digital print and social media
Experience organising events trade fairs or customer meetings
Hands-on pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and Polish
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing HVAC insulation construction or industrial products
Experience translating technical information into customer-friendly marketing content
Basic graphic design video creation or social media management skills
Experience with CMS marketing tools or digital campaigns
Additional CEE languages
