About SD Worx

SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach. We have offices across Europe and in Mauritius. Our purpose is to bring people solutions to life, enabling organisations of all sizes to turn Human Resources into a source of value for both the business and its people.

Our people solutions cover the entire employee journey, from getting people paid to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent.

The Role

As Product Manager - Integrations, you will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx's integration landscape. You will play a key role in building a scalable API ecosystem that enables seamless connectivity between our products, customers, and partners.

Working closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, you will drive the evolution of our integration platform, including strategic integration capabilities such as the Workday integration layer. Your focus will be on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that create measurable customer value while supporting the transition away from legacy integration capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SD Worx's integration platform and API ecosystem.

  • Drive the development of API capabilities, including API strategy, API marketplace initiatives, developer self-service experiences, and API monetisation opportunities.

  • Lead the evolution of strategic integrations, including the Workday integration layer, ensuring strong customer adoption and business impact.

  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions.

  • Manage the transition from legacy integration capabilities through a structured and customer-focused migration approach.

What you bring

We assess candidates based on objective, job-related criteria and are committed to fair and transparent hiring practices.

Must-have requirements

  • Proven experience in product management roles within platform, API, integration, SaaS, or B2B software environments.

  • Strong track record of defining product strategy and translating it into successful product roadmaps.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric product development.

  • Ability to balance technical, commercial, and customer priorities to deliver business value.

  • Fluent in English

Nice-to-have requirements

  • Technical background in software development, integration technologies, APIs, or platform engineering.

  • Experience with API management platforms, developer ecosystems, or API monetisation models.

  • Knowledge of HR technology, payroll solutions, or enterprise software integrations.

  • Experience working with Workday integrations or similar enterprise integration environments.

  • Experience managing and developing a team is beneficial but not essential

What we offer

  • A strategic role with high visibility and influence across an international organisation.

  • Flexible working arrangements that support work-life balance.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with experienced product, engineering, and business teams across Europe.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • Competitive benefits package aligned with local market practices.

Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
