WHAT YOULL DO:

• Own and prioritize the Front-End product backlog across Websites Microsites (JustScan) and DAM
• Manage the development pipeline ensuring clear priorities and timely delivery
• Drive user-centric high-quality digital experiences through continuous improvement
• Act as the Front-End product expert balancing value feasibility and user impact
• Collaborate with markets regions agencies and deployment teams to define requirements
• Partner with product and technology teams to ensure end-to-end solution excellence
• Leverage understanding of APIs and integrations to support informed product decisions
• Coordinate enhancements quick wins and scalable improvements aligned with business goals

SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

• Bachelors degree in Business Digital Marketing Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Product Owner certification (CSPO PSPO or SAFe POPM) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in digital product ownership analysis or delivery management
• Ability to drive product decisions in complex global environments
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms UX/UI APIs and development processes
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills
• Strong analytical prioritization and decision-making capabilities
• Product-focused collaborative and committed to delivering user-centric outcomes

*In case of being hired in Poland in this position you will earn no less than PLN 17 600gross per month
