Are you fluent in Italian and enjoy helping customers solving problems and delivering an excellent customer experience Join an international team as an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative and work onsite in Greece in a dynamic international and multicultural environment.

Whether you are already in Greece or considering relocating from another EU country this opportunity offers paid training a competitive salary package and full relocation support.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week rotational shifts between 08:0000:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 English B2
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage but no prior experience is required

Salary & Benefits

  • 1100 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country Full relocation support is provided including:

  • EU flight ticket
  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
  • Airport pickup
  • Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative you will:

  • Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone email and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
  • Assist customers with platform product and service-related questions
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
  • Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
  • Follow established quality and productivity standards
  • Help customers understand the platform and available features

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent Italian C1/C2 level
  • English B2 for training and internal communication
  • Previous experience in Customer Support Customer Service Call Center Technical Support Helpdesk or similar roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and empathetic approach
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Comfortable using CRM systems digital tools and multiple applications
  • Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international multicultural team
  • No previous experience required full paid training is provided
