Theyrelooking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team in Warsaw on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful features that directlyimpacthow financialorganisationsmanage risk compliance and reporting.

Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developeryoulltake ownership of delivering complete business features from concept through to across the entire technology stack designing and implementing backend APIs building frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript and integrating with cloud services. This role requires someone who can work independently on complex tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet security and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend APIs and business logic and C#

• Build and integrate frontend functionality using React and TypeScript

• Model data andoptimisequeries across SQL and NoSQL databases

• Deliver complete features spanning backend frontend and integration boundaries

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across multiple application layers

• Contribute to code reviews testing strategies and technical quality standards

• Support integration with external systems and cloud-connected services

• Apply security best practices including secure API design and tenant-boundary thinking

Requirements

• and C# fundamentals

• Proven experience building Core Web APIs

• Solid React and TypeScript skills with ability to build andmodifyfrontend screens independently

• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases including data modelling and queryoptimisation(or strong experience in one with ability to learn the other quickly)

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and services

• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities across full stack

• Security awareness including secure API design and common vulnerability identification

• Ability to work independently on complex end-to-end tasks

• 6-8 years of relevant software development experience

Desirable:

• Experience with MongoDB and Azure SQL

• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services Storage Key Vault and monitoring tools

• Background in financial tax or compliance-related platforms

• Experience supporting frontendmodernisationin enterprise systems

• Knowledge of design system migrations or enterprise UI transitions
