For our Client, a well-known international company operating in the services sector, we are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for employee administration throughout the employment lifecycle, payroll coordination, HR data management and ensuring compliance with applicable labour law. You will work closely with employees, the HR team and external service providers.

Requirements

• previous experience in an HR role and a strong understanding of labour law,
• experience in coordinating payroll processes and working with external payroll providers,
• an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights,
• excellent organisational and communication skills,
• ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively,
• very good knowledge of MS Excel,
• very good command of English, both written and spoken, as English is used in daily communication.

Responsibilities

• prepare and oversee employee documentation related to hiring, changes in employment conditions, terminations and other HR matters,
• maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel documentation,
• respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures,
• cooperate with an external payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing,
• enter and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality,
• monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records,
• cooperate with an external provider to oversee occupational health and safety initiatives,
• support the HR team by preparing analyses and reports on HR metrics and compliance-related matters,
• assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient HR processes,
• monitor changes in labour law and regulations and ensure that HR practices remain compliant with current legal requirements.
