Requirements

• very good command of English, Catalan and Spanish (minimum B2 level),
• strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences,

Responsibilities

• supporting customers throughout the entire service journey, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support,
• understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products, services and available options,
• assisting customers with orders, bookings, changes and other service-related requests,
• guiding customers through the company’s digital platform and self-service solutions,
• handling customer inquiries, feedback and requests via phone, email and digital channels, supporting customers across international markets.
