Daftcode is a venture builder. We create, scale and invest in startups across Deep Tech, FinTech, InsurTech, Cyber Security and Blockchain - giving them the tech and business support they need to launch and grow.

Right now, we're building financial infrastructure for institutions: regulated entities, real banking rails, stablecoins, payments. We are currently starting a product, a next-generation wallet platform and banking app built around crypto and stablecoin technology. Today product exists as a concept. Your job is to turn it into a real product, and then scale it.

This is not a backlog-management role in an established structure. There is no legacy product, no inherited roadmap, no committee between you and the decision. You start at the concept stage and lead the product from day one.

We offer a long term cooperation, with a salary range between 19 000 - 25 000 net+vat on B2B PLN, depending on your experience. This role allows a flexible hybrid model.

What you'll do

• Take the product from concept to launch - shape the vision into something real, ship it, then grow and scale it

• Build the team you need - you'll have a direct say in who joins and how the product organization takes shape

• Own it - product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs are yours to make and defend

• Work directly with key stakeholders and business leadership

• Drive AI-first development - we build fast and lean, with AI deeply embedded in how we work, prototype, and ship

• See your impact immediately - in a venture-builder environment, the distance between a decision and its effect on the product is measured in days, not quarters

What we're looking for

• Proven experience building products from scratch

• Hands-on fintech experience

• Working knowledge of crypto, web3, or stablecoin-based financial solutions, or a strong, demonstrable drive to go deep in this space

• Experience shipping products in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities

• Experience leading a development team

• Strong AI fluency — vibe coding, running AI-first development, using AI as a core part of how you build

• High ownership — you treat the product like it's yours, because it will be

• Excellent communication skills

• English at C1 level

• A technical / software engineering background
